Vice President of Project Management

Thara Investment Company is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to establish and lead the company's enterprise-level project management system. This role involves overseeing strategic projects, ensuring timely completion, and driving organizational scaling through effective project execution and resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the company's Project Management Office (PMO)
• Develop project management standards, processes, methodologies, and governance systems
• Establish project prioritization and resource allocation mechanisms
• Promote project management standardization and improve organizational execution capabilities
• Lead and supervise the company's key strategic projects, including:
• Product development and platform launch projects
• Deployment of digital asset systems and trading platforms
• Technology system upgrades and infrastructure construction
• Global market expansion and business expansion projects
• Compliance and regulatory-related projects
• Ensure projects:
• Deliver on time
• Stay within budget
• Achieve established business objectives
• Coordinate product, technology, operations, finance, and compliance teams
• Manage project resource allocation and prioritization
• Resolve cross-departmental project conflicts and execution obstacles
• Ensure project execution efficiency and quality
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPs) I) System
• Monitor project progress, cost, and quality
• Identify and manage project risks
• Provide project progress reports to company management
• Build and lead a high-performing project management team
• Manage the Project Director, Senior Project Managers, and PMO team
• Improve team project management capabilities and execution efficiency
• Establish a culture of efficient project execution
• Translate company strategy into concrete project execution plans
• Support company product launches and business expansion plans
• Provide strategic advice at the project management level
• Improve overall company operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 20+ years of project management experience
• 15+ years of senior management experience (Director or Vice President level)
