The Business Development and Strategic Marketing Manager will lead growth in advanced packaging by identifying market opportunities, driving customer engagement, and shaping strategic direction while collaborating across various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue high value opportunities across OEMs, fabless, IDMs, subcontractors, and the broader advanced packaging ecosystem
- Build and sustain senior level customer and partner relationships that accelerate technology adoption and long-term revenue growth
- Own and manage the opportunity pipeline, forecast revenue, and coordinate cross functional execution to achieve growth targets
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, advanced packaging processes, and emerging customer needs
- Integrate and prioritize products and programs into a cohesive investment portfolio aligned with risk, ROI, and long term strategy
- Partner with engineering, R&D, and marketing teams to shape innovative, customer aligned product offerings
- Oversee development of complex product strategies that fit cohesively within Solstice’s broader product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for alignment & execution
- Assess existing and emerging markets, analyzing customer and market data to identify trends, competitive shifts, and growth opportunities
- Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and develop compelling, executive ready presentations
- Lead go to market strategy, including segmentation, messaging, and differentiated value proposition development
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and technology roadmaps to inform business strategy and investment priorities
- Equip R&D teams with market insights, competitive intelligence, training materials, and high impact sales tools
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging that communicates Solstice’s technology advantages and strengthens customer engagement
Requirements:
- Experience in advanced packaging, thermal management technologies, or semiconductor markets
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and/or strategic marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving growth in electronics space through integrated business development and marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials, or related discipline
- Experience in global organizations and cross functional leadership
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and go to market strategy
- Ability to structure and negotiate complex agreements and partnerships
