IntagHire is a service provider in the Human Resource space, and they are seeking an executive-caliber business development professional to help expand their client base. The role involves building trust with decision makers, engaging in consultative sales conversations, and managing the full sales cycle to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with growing companies and executive leaders
- Build trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, COOs, and HR/Operations leaders
- Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover business needs, pain points, and priorities
- Position our services in a strategic, credible way tailored to each prospect
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through proposal and close
- Generate leads through a mix of warm outreach, referrals, networking, and targeted prospecting
- Leverage existing relationships and networks where applicable to open conversations
- Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, ideal client profiles, and sales strategy
- Maintain a clean and organized pipeline, including follow-up, status tracking, and next steps
- Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and strong business judgment
- Provide market feedback on trends, objections, pricing, and buyer behavior
Requirements:
- 5+ years in business development, consultative sales, or strategic account management
- Experience selling services to executives (B2B services preferred)
- Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust quickly
- Excellent communication skills, especially in discovery and relationship-based selling
- High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
- Comfortable with both lead generation and closing
- Self-directed, resourceful, and proactive
- Experience in HR, recruiting, professional services, or advisory services is a strong plus
- Existing network of business leaders, operators, or executives is a plus
