Sr Mgr, HR Business Partner

Core & Main is a leader in advancing reliable infrastructure with local service nationwide. They are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner who will provide strategic guidance in setting business direction and support functional strategy and continuous growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance in setting business direction to support functional strategy and continuous growth
• Understand succession planning, management development, and performance management
• Provide support and partnership needed to execute strategic initiatives
• Educate and counsel on policies and procedures to limit legal exposure
• Leverage technology to drive operational excellence
• Assist in the development and implementation of compensation, career development, diversity, change management, and recognition programs
• Lead corporate HR initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and values

Requirements:

• A BS/BA degree in a related discipline
• 7+ years of related experience
• Experience supporting senior level executives
• Reside in California
