Codoxo is a leading provider of AI-driven solutions in the healthcare sector, focusing on fraud detection and payment integrity. The Sr. Manager of Product Marketing & GTM will lead product positioning and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and growth across Codoxo’s portfolio of solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end commercialization of new products and capabilities
- Reposition and accelerate growth of existing offerings
- Enable multi-product expansion within enterprise and health plan accounts
- Partner directly with Sales and Product leadership to influence pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes
- Elevate Codoxo’s category leadership in AI-powered payment integrity
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for new product launches, feature releases, and portfolio expansions
- Define market positioning, ICP segmentation, buyer personas, and value propositions
- Develop differentiated messaging aligned to healthcare payer priorities and financial impact
- Build comprehensive launch plans tied directly to pipeline, revenue, and adoption targets
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategic positioning
- Identify whitespace opportunities and expansion paths within target segments
- Establish clear success metrics and performance tracking for GTM initiatives
- Design and execute product-driven demand strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Partner with Marketing to translate positioning into integrated campaigns (digital, field, ABM, events, content)
- Support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion strategies within enterprise accounts
- Develop ROI frameworks, value calculators, case studies, and proof points that strengthen deal conversion
- Improve win rates by sharpening competitive differentiation and objection handling
- Optimize messaging based on market feedback, sales insights, and performance data
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets including messaging guides, pitch decks, battlecards, competitive intelligence, and industry briefs
- Train Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams on positioning, buyer psychology, and value articulation
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic enterprise deals, executive presentations, and RFP narratives
- Develop executive-ready storytelling frameworks for C-suite healthcare audiences
- Ensure consistent alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Gather field feedback to inform roadmap priorities and messaging refinement
- Ensure consistency across web, events, PR, and thought leadership
- Support analyst engagement with product-level strategy
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with increasing leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated success owning GTM strategy from positioning through execution and measurable revenue impact
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Healthcare industry experience required (health plans, payment integrity, healthcare analytics, or related markets)
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to connect market insights to commercial outcomes
- Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment (either in our office or work-from home) and requires the ability to work on a computer, operate standard office equipment, and work at a desk
- Growth-stage company experience strongly preferred
- Experience with AI, analytics, or data-driven solutions preferred
