Role Overview
- Inspire a high-performing multi-disciplinary team of product managers, ratings professionals, content analysts, data/catalog experts, and taxonomists
- Transform products, tools, and workflows for catalog and content understanding
- Build bridges with leaders around the world to establish collaboration with other product teams
- Balance requests from various stakeholders for a forward-thinking roadmap
- Improve the team by attracting, developing and retaining high-performance product managers, operators, and editorial experts
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading a product management function at global scale with an emphasis on ML/AI solutions
- Exceptionally strong systems thinker able to think deeply about technology and workflows
- Built and maintained strong and effective cross-functional partnerships
- Advanced to intermediate understanding of machine learning & evaluation techniques, especially computer vision methods
- Significant experience shipping AI powered products
- Passion for people management and mentorship
- Operate successfully in ambiguous situations
- Experience building and innovating on human-in-the-loop workflows and automation products is a plus
