BisectHosting is a global leader in the game server hosting industry, and they are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion performance. This role is responsible for experimentation, analytics integrity, attribution clarity, and funnel optimization, using SEO and paid search as primary acquisition levers.
Responsibilities:
- Improving acquisition efficiency and conversion performance across BisectHosting's funnels
- Owning experimentation, analytics integrity, attribution clarity, and funnel optimization
- Designing and executing structured experiments
- Using SEO and paid search as primary acquisition levers
- Proactively surfacing performance insights to leadership
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in performance marketing or growth
- Demonstrated ownership of CRO initiatives
- Experience managing paid search campaigns
- Strong understanding of analytics and attribution systems
- Ability to design and document experiments
- Experience in hosting, SaaS, or subscription businesses
- Advanced analytics implementation experience
- Experience collaborating with developers on tracking and testing
- Familiarity with SQL or advanced analytics tools
