This role is a strategic executive product leader responsible for defining and driving the Growth and Engagement Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap, focusing on leveraging AI/ML capabilities to empower user growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Reimagine end-to-end customer experiences and develop durable long-term strategies for the Growth and Engagement Platform
- Define the internal and external services, APIs, and components required to build a world-class platform, with a focus on leveraging AI/ML models for hyper-personalization, segmentation, and predictive analytics
- Create an environment that encourages an experimental mindset and data-driven decision making
- Build executive alignment by serving as a strategic partner to peers and coordinate with key product teams across the organization with a single platform vision in mind
- Evangelize the platform's capabilities, especially its AI/ML services, to drive adoption across all business units, while coaching team members to coordinate across shared capabilities
- Leverage a holistic view of metrics to manage the portfolio, assess risk, track dependencies, and make trade-off decisions
- Develop and nurture a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams, role modeling the use of data and judgment to lead through ambiguity and critical prioritizations
- Builds and manages a holistic talent strategy for the future, ensuring the product organization has the right competencies to deliver on the long-term Product Vision and Strategy
- Cultivates and advocates for an environment where psychological safety is foundational, empowering teams to assess and flag product risks without fear of retribution
- Partners with peer leaders to define and resource the appropriate team topology and interaction model to minimize friction and silos
- Ability to manage up to VP levels and establish consistent partnerships with senior leaders across all enterprise organizations
- Establishes the organization as a magnet for product talent by championing the Product Operating Model (POM) and its culture externally
