Responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing Lead to develop marketing strategies and tactics that break through in culture
- Build compelling business cases that connect cultural relevance to measurable business impact
- Make high-quality decisions with incomplete information, clearly articulating tradeoffs and risks
- Execute cross-functional projects including campaigns, partnership activations, and social-first content
- Identify gaps in systems, workflows, or processes and proactively design solutions to improve speed and efficiency
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
- Demonstrated understanding and active use of consumer AI products and technologies
- Mix of in-house and agency experience
- Experience working with both established and challenger brands
