The role of a TurboTax Product Expert involves assisting customers with navigating the software, troubleshooting issues, and answering basic tax-related questions while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions related to TurboTax software, including downloading, logging in, navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing
- Assisting customers with basic tax-related inquiries, ensuring they understand how to use the software effectively and accurately
- Guiding users through the tax filing process, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in a clear and empathetic manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and self-education to stay updated on new features and changes
- Supporting performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals by delivering consistent, quality service
- Collaborating with SMEs and MPS advocates to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security standards
