Lovense is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth within the live streaming ecosystem. This role involves identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with key platforms, requiring a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Proactively identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with major adult live streaming platforms, traffic sources, and other relevant business allies within the industry
- Opportunity Identification & Execution: Conduct market analysis to uncover concrete collaboration opportunities (e.g., co-marketing, revenue sharing, product integration) with partners. Lead the end-to-end process from initial outreach to deal negotiation and implementation
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships at multiple levels, ensuring high satisfaction and mutual growth
- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform policies to inform partnership strategies and identify new avenues for growth
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to align partnership strategies with company goals and ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships, track progress, analyze results, and report regularly to management with insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic sales, preferably within the live streaming, social media, or related digital content/tech industries
- A solid understanding of and genuine interest in the live streaming industry and its business models is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to independently source, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Self-starter with a strong drive for results
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Persuasive negotiator with the ability to navigate complex discussions and build consensus
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones. Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment is a strong plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for daily communication with international partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent practical experience is a plus
- Existing network or prior working relationships within the adult live streaming or digital entertainment sector
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Russian, German) relevant to key markets
- Based in the United States with a clear understanding of the local market landscape
