The position involves engaging with professionals on leadership development pathways, conducting structured conversations, and guiding individuals through onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with professionals who have requested information about structured leadership development pathways
• Conduct structured discovery conversations using established frameworks
• Present high-level programme overviews via digital platforms
• Guide qualified individuals through a clear onboarding pathway
• Track activity, engagement, and outcomes in line with agreed processes
• Participate in advanced professional development sessions

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in business leadership, operations, recruitment, HR, or advisory roles
• Strong commercial judgement and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing high-investment professional programmes
• Independent, structured, and outcome-focused
• Experienced in remote working environments
