Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer for their Virtual Test team. This role involves driving the strategy for virtual testing, creating and executing tests for the autonomy stack, and maintaining simulation scenarios to validate system requirements and software releases.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute testing of the autonomy stack in a virtual environment
- Design, create and maintain simulation scenarios and data sets to support the validation of system requirements, software releases and feature development
- Work with engineers and developers from all disciplines to plan and execute tests around targeted areas, provide continuous feedback
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Experience testing complex systems, robotics and/or autonomous vehicles
- Familiarity with working in a fast paced environment
- Experience executing on validation plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles
- Experience validating complex systems in a simulated environment
- Experience programming in Python or similar
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Comfortability using Jama or similar requirements management systems
