Huntress is a fully remote cybersecurity company focused on breaking down barriers to security. They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and product positioning for their Managed Endpoint Security Posture Management product, requiring collaboration across teams and expertise in cybersecurity product marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Positioning and Messaging: Develop and evolve a compelling narrative and value proposition for Huntress Managed ESPM
- Content and Campaigns: Build content and help design campaigns that highlight the offering’s differentiators and benefits to stand out from the competition
- Product Alignment: Partner with Product Management to drive the strategy around product positioning for existing capabilities and new launches. You will help plan and launch new offerings, capabilities, and releases to the market
- Sales Enablement: Be the subject matter expert and product evangelist. Work with the sales team to develop programs that help drive the pipeline, convert opportunities, and expand into existing accounts
- Demand Generation: Work with the Growth Marketing and Brand teams to hone the strategy and marketing programs that drive demand. Be proactive in identifying areas where the business may require marketing support and the effective levers to utilize
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in cybersecurity, with specific experience in security posture management products like ESPM, ASPM, DSPM, or CSPM
- Experience in areas like cybersecurity compliance with industry standards, frameworks, and regulations, and asset, configuration, and vulnerability management
- Experience with positioning and messaging, asset creation, and defining and supporting campaigns that stand out in the marketplace and resonate with prospects
- Strong emotional intelligence and a natural collaborator
- Strong spoken and written communication skills with an ability to break down complex concepts into understandable messaging
- Expertise in collaborating with design and content marketing teams to create a range of different types of content (one-pagers, website content, whitepapers, demo videos, etc.)
- Comfortable creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments, with a talent for persuasive communication
- Creativity, energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to put your stamp on the product and make a big difference for Huntress and the customers we serve
- Experience with MSP and other channel-driven go-to-market strategies or enterprise offerings is also desirable
- Bonus points if you've implemented compliance frameworks and understand the challenges and pain points
