Sr. IT Project Manager - PMP

The Judge Group is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives that directly support strategic business priorities. This role involves driving end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, collaborating with executive sponsors, and ensuring effective communication across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex, enterprise‑level IT projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Partner closely with Executive Sponsors and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Lead stakeholder management, building strong relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication across technical and non‑technical audiences
• Own risk and issue management, proactively identifying challenges, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring timely resolution
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and reporting—leveraging Smartsheet to support transparency and accountability
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations, product, and business teams
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within a learning‑oriented organization

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large, strategic, cross‑functional IT projects in complex environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment at all levels
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, executive‑level communication, and structured project reporting
• Demonstrated strength in risk and issue management, with a track record of navigating ambiguity and delivering results
• Experience using Smartsheet (or similar project/portfolio management tools)
• PMP certification
• Background working in or with learning organizations is a plus
