Future Digital is a growth marketing agency specializing in scaling VC-backed consumer health, women’s health, and parenting brands. They are seeking a seasoned growth marketer with hands-on experience in driving measurable results across paid acquisition and lifecycle management, who will work closely with the Founder to drive growth programs for clients and build internal systems for scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage growth campaigns across paid channels (social, search)
- Develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies tied to core KPIs (CAC, LTV, payback periods, ROAS)
- Build testing roadmaps and drive data-driven optimization
- Serve as day-to-day lead with clients: diagnosing growth challenges, presenting strategies, and aligning on execution
- Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with client teams
- Collaborate with the Founder to establish scalable processes, playbooks, and systems
- Mentor and manage junior team members; play an active role in recruiting and building the team
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in growth marketing, ideally in DTC, health/wellness, or consumer brands
- Hands-On Operator: You set strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute
- Comfortable with performance data, equally strong in crafting creative hypotheses and messaging strategies
- Resourceful, scrappy, and comfortable building systems in fast-moving environments
- Agency or startup experience a plus
