Jr. Test Engineer - VRF

As a Mobile Networks Verification Engineer, you will develop, test, and support innovative software and hardware systems while participating in 5G RAN end-to-end system testing, integration, verification, and testing against customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support 5G RAN System build-up & integration
• Participate in Customer Validation Requirement regression & feature study and test case execution
• Analyze, design, and test integrated hardware/software solutions based on customer requirements, contributing to product enhancements and bug resolutions
• Identify defects in software testing area and intercept defect leakage in customer deliverables
• Investigate and resolve issues by diagnosing hardware/software problems and recommending corrective actions
• Support Customer case reproduction and investigation
• Support test case automation
• Apply quality standards and participate in process improvements and documentation for product evolution and support
• Autonomously performs tasks with a moderate level of guidance and within guidelines and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Passion for technology with foundational telecom and networking knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexible and adaptable in managing varied tasks
• Strong foundation in telecommunications, networking protocols (TCP/IP), and network performance analysis with proven problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ORAN and Cloud RAN
• Proficient in KPI performance analysis, trend identification, and automation using Python scripting and related tools
• Previous Nokia internship or co-op experience is beneficial
