They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify sales opportunities, generate leads, and establish strong relationships with potential customers while supporting business development efforts.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for identifying and engaging with potential clients
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and address customer needs
- Experience in Sales and Business Development to support revenue growth and target achievement
- Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to organize and track sales activities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results in a remote work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
