Distillery is a company that accelerates innovation through nearshore software development. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will identify and generate sales opportunities through outbound sales activities, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships through both outbound and inbound lead development
- Partner with Sales Directors and Marketing to develop strategic email cadences and targeted Account-based Based Marketing (ABM) sequencing
- Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned sales reps to qualify opportunities; and prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects
- Work directly with the Account Management team on growth opportunities for our existing clients
- Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 2+ years of proven outbound SDR experience
- A quantitative track record of exceptional performance with lead generation experience in the IT consulting industry
- A self-starter with strong experience with outbound lead generation
- Product intuition and business acumen; you are able to understand how Distillery provides different values to different customers depending on their role, industry, technical aptitude
- Experience using sales and marketing tools like Salesforce, Hubspot Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and Dripify
- Very strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously
- Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a fast-growing company
- Excellent prioritization, project management, organizational and analytical skills
