Compunnel Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help scale its healthcare business. In this role, you will engage decision-makers at healthcare organizations to generate qualified leads and work closely with the sales team to create new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify high-potential businesses through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Engage and qualify leads by understanding their healthcare logistics challenges and needs
- Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Manage and track activities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and target segments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience
- Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past roles
- Curiosity and hunger to learn and stay up-to-date about the logistics industry
- Desire to build a career in sales
- High degree of ownership and grit
