TMA Systems is a trusted provider of enterprise-class facility management and operations software solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to focus on outbound lead generation and develop early-stage sales opportunities across TMA’s portfolio of solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 75–100 quality outbound calls per day to prospects in target accounts
- Execute structured multi-channel outbound sequences using LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Start conversations that uncover needs, challenges, and interest in any TMA solution
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and the Business Development Manager to refine messaging, document activities, share insights, and continuously improve outreach
- Stay informed on industry trends and the breadth of TMA’s product ecosystem to position solutions effectively
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or another customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with decision-makers
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and motivated by measurable goals
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools is an asset
