SanterMedia is a digital marketing and coaching agency focused on helping gym owners enhance their revenue through effective advertising and sales systems. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling the client acquisition engine, primarily through B2B Meta marketing, while also expanding into Google and organic channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own all B2B marketing for SanterMedia with full accountability for qualified booked calls and client acquisition
- Manage and scale paid acquisition channels, primarily Facebook Ads ($6,000–$20,000+/mo), with expansion into Google and organic channels
- Create and oversee ads, creatives, copy, offers, funnels, and landing pages that convert gym owners into qualified leads
- Build and manage marketing systems including CRM automations, attribution, lead routing, email and SMS campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency and oversee content execution across paid and organic channels, working with editors and contractors as needed
- Run weekly marketing meetings, track KPIs, and continuously improve cost per qualified lead, CPA and lead quality
- Once agency KPIs are consistently met, collaborate with fulfilment to test and systemise winning strategies on client accounts
Requirements:
- Proven experience running B2B Meta advertising with a demonstrated track record of generating positive ROI is required
- Experience working within an SMMA is a strong advantage
- Proven experience owning and scaling B2B paid acquisition in an agency or high-growth environment
- Strong track record creating high-performing ads, offers, funnels, and messaging that convert into qualified leads
- Ability to build, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing systems end-to-end
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, CPL, conversion rates, attribution, and ROI
- Comfortable collaborating closely with sales and fulfilment to improve conversion and lead quality
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and accountable with a team-first mindset and high standards
