Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking a Director Global title Marketing Manager to lead their marketing campaign strategy. The role involves developing global campaign strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and executing marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Global Campaign Development Strategy
- Lead overall marketing campaign strategy go-to-market plans from end-to-end development execution
- Analysis and maintenance of marketing campaigns for select programs titles
- Identify campaign specific goals motivating and holding team members accountable throughout campaign development execution
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and an IP steward demonstrating a deep knowledge expertise and enthusiasm for your IP
- Brief cross functional teams on go-to-market strategy in order for teams to seamlessly develop a cohesive strategic plan across a variety of marketing channels promotional opportunities
- Partner with cross functional leaders and teams to proactively identify key campaign milestones align creative and tactical executions to overall strategy and serve as the quarterback ensuring cohesive and effective marketing delivery
- Foster productive and trusting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure marketing plans are built and executed in a timely collaborative and efficient manner to create a cohesive campaign
- Drive and influence leadership and external Eps Filmmakers Talent CoPro Partners alignment by proactively communicating marketing strategy plans activations etc with key stakeholders including the creation audience calibration and presentation of marketing documents decks Stunts Activations
- Drive innovative out-of-the-box thinking to develop and execute 360 global stunts activations and breakthrough campaign ideas that push creative boundaries and reimagine traditional media
- Identify brief and lead big idea initiatives managing agency partnerships and cross functional teams from concept through flawless execution
- Partner with Media and Campaign Management teams to lead the development and execution of paid marketing campaigns providing strategic guidance to media partners and agencies to ensure initiatives are on strategy, on brand, on time, on budget and optimized against key performance metrics
- Develop and analyze campaign research performance reports and competitive insights to identify opportunities track progress against goals and inform ongoing marketing strategy
- Lead cross functional reviews of title and campaign performance translating data and research into actionable real-time recommendations to optimize results and guide senior decision-making
- Manage and inspire direct reports to work as a bestinclass team and to always increase their expertise and knowledge of the various areas of the marketing function
- Lead and guide team on marketing tactics execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Entertainment marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- A data driven approach to marketing with experience analyzing and reviewing results
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a challenging fastpaced environment of multiple priorities
