PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions. They are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Program Manager - Marketing Events I to support Public Sector, Education, and Nonprofit marketing initiatives across AMER, focusing on event delivery and marketing performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Tier 1, regional, and third-party events across AMER
- Manage logistics coordination, vendor engagement, registration tracking, and onsite execution support
- Ensure consistent brand experience and operational excellence across activations
- Assist with executive programs, demo staffing coordination, and meeting room management as needed
- Execute targeted audience acquisition strategies, including segmentation and registration campaigns
- Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to support call-down programs and structured follow-up initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking registration performance, engagement, pipeline generation, and ROI
- Analyze funnel conversion trends and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing performance
- Create stakeholder-ready reports, executive summaries, and post-event analyses
- Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams
- Provide structured guidance to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign execution
- Support governance and reporting best practices across AMER programs
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, campaign operations, or event marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Experience supporting both event execution and marketing performance reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Willingness to travel domestically within AMER to support onsite event execution
- Experience supporting enterprise-level sales organizations
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms; experience with reporting tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with pipeline reporting, MDP contribution, and marketing ROI frameworks
- Experience working across multiple business units or industries
