Dahl Consulting is supporting a leading global healthcare technology and science organization dedicated to improving patient care. They are seeking a Customer Service Analyst who will support customer operations by leading issue resolution, analyzing customer payment behaviors, and partnering with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end customer issue resolution management and analysis within a US based customer operations group
- Research and analyze customer payments, delinquencies, and creditworthiness to identify root causes and drive process improvements
- Partner with customers and internal teams, including sales, to resolve delinquent accounts
- Independently perform collection activities through phone, email, and written communication within defined credit policies and procedures
- Deliver effective oral and written communication to support a positive customer experience
- Conduct in depth analysis of payment behaviors and review open accounts receivable items to develop resolution strategies
- Build strong credibility and trust with customers and business partners through accurate processing and detailed reporting
Requirements:
- Accounts receivable and collections experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with accounts receivable
- Financial analysis skills
- Two or more years of combined experience in finance, accounting, customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or direct experience in a customer service role in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Direct experience in B2B collections
- Experience with dispute management in accounts receivable
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, negotiation, and credit or financial counsel principles
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI reporting
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Initiative with process improvement and ability to influence change management
- Experience leading or participating in Lean Sigma projects or cross functional teams
