About this role
Raas Infotek is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst who will be responsible for driving CPQ LMR requirements from discovery through UAT and release. The role involves acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, and requires strong Salesforce CPQ functional knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation for CPQ LMR enhancements
- Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
- Define pricing, product configuration, and quoting scenarios
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
- Validate solution aligns with agreed LMR scope and assumptions
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and business sign offs
- Coordinate closely with CPQ developers during PST hours
Requirements:
- 14+ years of experience
- 8-10 years of Salesforce BA experience
- 3 years of Salesforce CPQ experience
- Strong Salesforce CPQ functional knowledge
- Experience with QLE, pricing, and product rules
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting enterprise UAT cycles
- MedTech / Healthcare domain exposure
- Experience with phased product rollouts (LMR)
