SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, and they are seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will contribute to determining business requirements and collaborating with business leadership to define end-to-end business operations models.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements
- Research and explore user requirements, costs, and benefits in support of documentation required for the demand management process
- Analyze the business needs to identify new processes and process improvements that will meet those needs
- Document current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of information technology experience
- Experience working on digital platforms such as ERP, PIM/PXM, DAM
- Experience working with an Agile mindset and methodology on large-scale, technically complex projects
- Expertise in ERP, PXM/PIM, DAM, PLM solution selection and implementation is a plus
