Audubon Companies is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
- Effectively applies Audubon methodology and enforces project standards
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
- Leads and/or acts as a member of internal teams/task forces
Requirements:
- Associates Degree AND 7+ years of On the Job Training Education
- Minimum of 5 years of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or similar role
- Organizes and develops highly functional and effective project teams
- Works to instill a sense of project ownership and accountability in the project team
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures
- BS Engineering
- 10 years of field experience working within the Oil & Gas or Hydrocarbon Processing industries
