LTVplus is a growing performance marketing team supporting various brands in the adult toy and lifestyle space. They are seeking a self-driven Media Buyer to manage paid media campaigns, optimize strategies, and collaborate with creative teams in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on growth and efficiency
- Audit and optimize live campaigns, build new structures, and own bidding strategies
- Brief and direct creative assets in collaboration with the in-house design and development team
- Provide bi-weekly written reports and participate in live client calls to communicate findings and strategic direction
- Formulate hypotheses and structure clean experiments to act on results
- Maintain clean tracking/attribution and stay organized across multiple brands without losing focus
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, FetLife, and TrafficJunky
- Budget Management: Proven experience managing monthly ad spends of $50,000+ with measurable results
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of platform policies and account appeal processes for both mainstream and adult-specific platforms
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in GA4 and GTM for tracking, attribution, and audience building
- AI & Software: Active use of Claude and other AI tools for workflow and analysis, plus proficiency in Notion and Slack
- Content Comfort: Must be comfortable working with NSFW content on a regular basis
- Creative Curiosity: An innate drive to bring both analytical rigor and creative exploration to every project
- Proactive Mindset: A personality that gets 'restless' when campaigns are merely 'running fine' and is always looking for the next test
- AI Fluency: While AI tool usage is expected, a high degree of comfort and fluency is considered a core part of the workflow
