Project Manager 3

Golden Technology is focused on supply chain and manufacturing technology transformation initiatives, and they are seeking a Project Manager to lead these programs. The role involves partnering with various teams to implement critical systems and manage dependencies, ensuring successful project execution and integration readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead programs/ program workstreams for supply chain and manufacturing technology transformation initiatives
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and 3rd party partners to plan and implement critical supply chain and manufacturing systems
• Facilitate integrated planning across multiple workstreams
• Dependency and critical‑path management
• Change control discipline (scope, timeline, budget, sequencing)
• Cutover and go‑live orchestration (not execution, but integration and readiness)

Requirements:

• Lead programs/ program workstreams for supply chain and manufacturing technology transformation initiatives
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and 3rd party partners to plan and implement critical supply chain and manufacturing systems
• Facilitate integrated planning across multiple workstreams
• Dependency and critical‑path management
• Change control discipline (scope, timeline, budget, sequencing)
• Cutover and go‑live orchestration (not execution, but integration and readiness)
• Prior experience supporting projects in warehouse, transportation, yard, labor, or manufacturing operations
• Familiarity with facility operations (DCs, plants, fulfillment centers), even at a conceptual level
• Experience working in product‑led or hybrid agile environments
• Experience delivering programs with third‑party software vendors or systems integrators
• Ability to navigate vendor‑led planning while maintaining enterprise governance
• Familiarity with SOW‑driven delivery models and shared accountability
