Parexel is a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. They are seeking a Market Development Analyst to help drive growth by discovering new business opportunities and supporting strategic outreach efforts in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Research and complete due diligence on geographic territories and account tiering
- Maintain active tracking documentation
- Evaluate funding activity in assigned territories to inform prospecting priorities
- Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified accounts
- Analyze and prioritize opportunities and develop strategic plans for target accounts
- Create individualized outreach plans for new customers and new opportunities within current customers
- Communicate proposed strategies and solutions to the Sales team to ensure alignment and continuity
- Identify and anticipate new opportunities to deliver solutions to existing customers
- Develop a strong understanding of client product development portfolios and pain points
- Demonstrate confidence and expertise when engaging key decision makers
- Proactively engage clients across all key functions within sponsor organizations
- Maintain consistent and meaningful communication to sustain engagement
- Build a deep understanding of client organizational structures and key stakeholders
- Analyze existing client organizations to understand hierarchies, influencers, and opportunities to expand Parexel’s footprint
- Support continuous relationship development to position Parexel as a full-service partner
Requirements:
- An excellent communicator who can confidently present ideas and engage with managers, clients, and cross‑functional teams
- A relationship‑builder who thrives on collaboration and establishing meaningful connections
- Someone who excels in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- A creative mind with working knowledge of market research, account assessment and regional outreach strategy development
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B lead generation or sales role
- Prior CRO, life sciences, or consulting company experience
