NetDocuments is a leading cloud-based content management platform for legal professionals. They are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to accelerate growth within their existing customer base by executing campaigns and events that enhance customer relationships and drive upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified upsell opportunities through multi-channel approaches (email, webinars, digital, and events)
- Plan and deliver customer-facing events (virtual and in-person) to support expansion goals, including strategy, logistics, promotion, and follow-up
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to identify high-potential accounts and coordinate monthly outreach programs
- Create and manage ongoing engagement and nurture programs that promote adoption and product expansion
- Use Salesforce, Marketo, Crossbeam, and intent data to refine targeting and messaging
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as demo requests, pipeline creation, and program ROI
- Support advocacy initiatives, including customer stories, testimonials, and reference programs
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through targeted marketing campaigns
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- Strong campaign strategy, email marketing, segmentation, and analytics skills
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, and ON24
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and project management skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
