Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with leaders and managers across the organization
- Provide strategic guidance and serve as a trusted advisor on people-related challenges, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the People team to design and align processes and systems with business needs
- Support the development and execution of talent strategies and programs, including performance management processes, career growth paths, and talent acquisition that align with our company's culture and growth objectives
- Help design and execute learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression in an AI-first environment
- Build employee engagement initiatives that promote retention and foster a high-performance culture
- Analyze workforce metrics, employee feedback, and performance data to inform the development of foundational/critical people programs
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and form targeted development interventions
- Create and maintain systems that support continuous feedback and professional growth
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience working in HR, with at least 4 years as an HRBP or People Partner
- Excellent communication and influencing skills - you have a proven track record in building meaningful relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment, with adaptability/flexibility to embrace changes in focus and direction as they present themselves
- Solid understanding of core HR disciplines, including performance and talent management, employee relations, and organizational design
- Steadfast aptitude toward keeping confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
- A strong drive for project management/effective at driving results
- Comfort and fluency integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows on the People team
