Wireless Network Engineer

e-Business International Inc is committed to bringing the latest technology to the communities they serve, and they are seeking a Wireless Network Engineer. This individual will be responsible for installing, monitoring, and maintaining wireless network operations and related systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, monitor, and maintain an Evolved Packet Core, virtual infrastructure, and ancillary systems to ensure proper operation
• Monitoring, testing, and maintaining software, hardware and wireless elements required to support a wireless network operation

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in an electronics technology discipline, or three to five years of related work experience in the Wireless industry with emphasis in two or more of the fields listed below preferred (experience with listed vendor(s) preferred)
• LTE EPC (Ericsson)
• IMS for VoLTE & VoWiFi (Ericsson)
• Routing/Switching/MPLS (Nokia & Cisco)
• Virtualization (VMware, K8s, OpenStack)
• Ethernet Transport
• Translations/Signaling (SIGTRAN, SIP)
• Strong experience with Virtualization, Linux systems, and command line interface
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot very complex, mission-critical systems
• Strong understanding of L2, L3 (TCP/IP) and L4 (UDP/TCP)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proven ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
• Ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting aggressive targets
• Experience drawing/interpreting complex system diagrams
