MyRemoteTeam Inc is seeking a Marketing Subject Matter Expert who can bridge the gap between traditional marketing strategy and cutting-edge AI systems. The role involves training AI models, curating datasets, and collaborating with product and ML teams to design intelligent marketing tools.
Responsibilities:
- Train AI models to understand marketing workflows, logic, and language
- Curate and label datasets — from ad copies to customer segments
- Simulate real-world marketing processes (planning → execution → measurement → optimization)
- Evaluate AI-generated content for creativity, tone, and brand alignment
- Partner with product & ML teams to design intelligent marketing tools — like campaign optimizers, predictive models, and AI marketing assistants
- Stay ahead of the curve on marketing tech, data platforms, and AI innovations
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience across digital, social, performance, or brand marketing
- Expertise with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI
- Hands-on experience in campaign strategy, automation, analytics, and customer journey mapping
- The ability to translate complex marketing processes into data or documentation for AI teams
- Excellent communication skills — you can speak both marketing and machine
