The role involves crafting multi-channel campaigns, managing events, and collaborating with various teams to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate sophisticated multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and revenue
- Own the strategy and execution of demand generation initiatives, driving predictable pipeline
- Design programs that prioritize genuine connections over transactional lead generation
- Partner closely with Sales leadership, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align campaigns with revenue goals
- Deep-dive into Continuous' products and customer base to understand their needs
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges
- Assess current demand generation efforts and identify opportunities for improvement
- Execute on events and webinar programs, ensuring flawless delivery
- Build the foundation for customer marketing in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
- Optimize lead scoring and qualification frameworks in HubSpot
- Launch targeted nurture campaigns across email and paid channels
- Establish baseline performance dashboards and reporting metrics for campaign effectiveness
- Own a demand generation engine that delivers measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Lead successful execution of quarterly events and webinars recognized as high-ROI revenue drivers
- Establish customer marketing as a critical growth lever with documented wins
- Drive continuous optimization of campaigns based on data insights
- Reinforce the Continuous brand strategy post-rebrand through integrated campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience in orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth
- Strong understanding of relationship-based marketing
- Ability to analyze funnel metrics, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing technology ecosystem
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments
- Experience in customer marketing and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in the financial services industry
