The Wellness Company is seeking a META & Google Ads Growth Manager who will own customer acquisition across Meta and Google, with a focus on scaling paid acquisition profitably in a DTC business. This role involves managing a substantial annual ads budget while ensuring strict profitability targets and driving consistent revenue growth through data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain minimum 1.5X ROAS on 1-Day Click attribution (Meta & Google)
- Manage and scale a $3.6M annual Meta ad budget, $1.2M annual Google ad budget
- Protect and improve ROAS and CAC efficiency
- Scale customer acquisition without sacrificing contribution margin
- Drive consistent month-over-month revenue growth through paid channels
- Full ownership of Meta and Google paid acquisition strategy
- Budget allocation, pacing, and aggressive but controlled scaling
- Prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaign structures
- Creative testing frameworks and scale strategy
- Blended performance reporting directly to the CMO
- Identifying new scale levers across creative, offer, funnel, and audience
- Use Triple Whale to monitor blended ROAS, MER, LTV, and cohort performance
- Mine Shopify data for AOV, CVR, customer behavior trends, and revenue forecasting
- Leverage GA4 for full-funnel diagnostics and attribution insights
- Build structured creative testing systems (UGC, hooks, angles, statics, video)
- Identify when to scale aggressively — and when to cut spend quickly
- Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to increase CVR and AOV
- Forecast paid revenue contribution and scaling opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads in a DTC/eCommerce environment
- Experience managing $250K+/month in ad spend
- Proven ability to maintain profitability at scale
- Deep understanding of 1-Day Click attribution and blended metrics
- Advanced experience with Triple Whale, Shopify analytics, and GA4
- Strong grasp of marketing efficiency, blended CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and cohort analysis
- Highly organized, structured, and execution-focused
- Comfortable being directly accountable for revenue targets
