Harnham is a well-established consumer technology and media business, known for delivering innovative digital products to millions of customers. They are seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to drive the lifecycle implementation of major consumer products, shaping product launches and marketing execution across a high-visibility portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the full lifecycle implementation of consumer product offers, promotions and rate changes across a large services portfolio
- Define detailed offer requirements, including over 200 variables for each new offer, and communicate cross‑functionally to Strategy, IT, Engineering, Customer Care, Sales Operations and Legal
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, writing and reviewing features from concept through to launch and partnering with design, engineering and go‑to‑market teams
- Manage cross‑functional teams through requirements gathering, development, implementation and validation, delivering 4–6 projects per quarter
- Provide ongoing product performance monitoring, risk analysis, and consultative guidance to marketing teams to enable effective decision‑making
- Produce standard project documentation including implementation plans, schedules, risk assessments and weekly leadership updates
Requirements:
- Strong experience leading product marketing or product implementation projects in an Agile environment
- Expertise in translating business requirements into technical specifications for IT and engineering teams
- Proven capability managing cross‑functional delivery across Marketing, IT, Engineering, and Sales Operations
- Experience with billing and ordering systems such as C3, STMS, Enabler, OMS, Online, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of consumer product portfolios, ideally including video, programming packages or digital services
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert, provide strategic consultation and maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders
