MediaNews Group is a client-centric digital agency seeking a Sales Development Representative to build relationships and fuel the sales pipeline. The SDR will proactively research accounts, engage prospects, and generate leads to contribute to company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and target potential accounts and inbound leads, identify key decision-makers, and engage them through strategic outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Generate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with Adtaxi's services, creating opportunities for the sales team to close
- Conduct high volumes of outreach to engage prospects, spark interest, and address their unique business challenges
- Skillfully handle rejection, navigate objections, and persistently work towards setting up sales opportunities
- Cultivate trust and rapport with prospects to become a valued resource and advisor
- Log all prospect interactions in Salesforce to enable clear visibility into the pipeline and seamless lead handoff
- Consistently meet or exceed qualified goal opportunities, contributing to company revenue objectives
- Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams to continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging
Requirements:
- Experience in paid digital media or willingness to enter the field
- Must reside in CO, FL, MA, MN, OH, PA, or TX
- Proactively research and target potential accounts and inbound leads
