BCU is a growing organization focused on empowering people to discover financial freedom. The role involves evaluating business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and developing strategic roadmaps that connect business outcomes with technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Leads Process & Opportunity Assessment – Evaluate business processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and define AS-IS and TO-BE process models
- Business Advisory & Road Mapping – Build strategic recommendations, business cases, and ROI calculation that align automation with business objectives
- Facilitation & Documentation – Lead business workshops, gather and structure requirements, and develop clear documentation to guide delivery teams
- Solution Alignment – Working with Development team; translate business needs into solution requirements, ensuring fit-for-purpose approaches across automation and AI technologies
- Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams; communicate insights and recommendations
- Delivery Support – Partner with development and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements, support UAT planning, and track benefits realization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, process evaluation, or consulting
- Experience identifying and evaluating opportunities for automation and AI solutions
- Strong workshop facilitation and business-facing consulting skills, including working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to create business cases, roadmaps and calculate ROI
- Familiarity with automation and AI/agentic technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow, intelligent automation)
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Certifications in business analysis, automation, or AI preferred
- Experience with multiple automation platforms or AI tools preferred
