Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of Product Owners, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Drive Strategy: Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Innovate: Define design processes for scalable, cutting-edge product lines
- Collaborate: Work closely with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products
- Analyze & Prioritize: Scope activities based on business and customer impact
- Evangelize: Act as a product champion to build awareness and understanding
Requirements:
- Background in Payroll and Tax
- People management experience with at least two direct reports
- Ability to write detailed product features and requirements
- 5+ years defining technical user stories and use cases
- 5+ years in product management
- Familiarity with Agile processes and environments
- Strong background in project/program management
- Experience building web-based user experiences and platform capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
