Project/Program Manager, Supplier Relations - OptiFreight Logistics

Cardinal Health is a leading healthcare services and products company, and they are seeking a Program Manager for their Program and Project Management team. The role involves managing the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope while managing risks and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manages small to medium size projects. Some of them include day to day project management, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication management, stakeholder management, etc
• Develops Programs and Projects business cases, project charters, project plans, project templates and procedures
• Leads process improvement activities
• Works cross functionally across a large matrixed environment to complete complex tasks or projects
• Manage external relationships with suppliers and manage internal stakeholder's needs as well

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong communications skills
• Project management and organization
• Business insights and research skills
• Data literacy, analytics, and market research experience
