Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Manager focused on GSA Sales and IT Staffing. The role involves identifying and pursuing federal opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with federal agencies to grow revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and win federal opportunities through GSA Schedule and other federal procurement vehicles
- Develop and execute a federal sales strategy to grow IT staffing revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with federal agencies, contracting officers, and program managers
- Monitor and respond to RFQs, RFPs, and task orders under GSA
- Lead proposal coordination for staffing-based government bids
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful contract execution
- Maintain pipeline forecasting and revenue tracking
- Expand company presence across federal agencies
