Circle is one of the world’s leading internet financial platform companies, building the foundation of a more open, global economy through digital assets and payment applications. The VP of Growth Marketing will lead the Growth Marketing organization, setting the vision and strategy to accelerate institutional adoption and global USDC usage at scale, while overseeing integrated functions that drive enterprise partner acquisition and market growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global growth strategy aligned to company and Marketing OKRs, with clear accountability for USDC circulation and Payments transaction growth
- Lead four core functions: Performance Marketing, Campaigns & Regional Marketing, Payments, Enterprises, Banking, Capital Markets Marketing, and Ecosystem & Exchanges Marketing
- Partner closely with Commercial and Product leaders in a cross-functional operating model to support the full partner lifecycle from awareness through activation and expansion
- Drive institutional adoption through targeted industry marketing programs supporting banks, payments providers, capital markets, and enterprise partners
- Accelerate consumer and USDC adoption in emerging and priority global markets through localized campaigns, education, and ecosystem initiatives
- Elevate product and brand campaigns to strengthen Circle’s leadership position and expand adoption of USDC and emerging products
- Build and scale regional marketing capabilities across MEA, APAC, LATAM, and other priority markets
- Develop and mentor senior marketing leaders, strengthening organizational design, talent planning, and operational rigor
Requirements:
- 14+ years of experience in B2B and/or growth marketing within fintech, payments, financial services, or high-growth technology companies
- 7+ years of experience leading multi-layered marketing teams, including directors and senior managers
- Proven success driving institutional adoption in complex enterprise or financial services environments
- Demonstrated ability to scale consumer or product adoption across international and emerging markets
- Experience operating in close partnership with sales, business development, and product organizations in a cross-functional model
- Strong analytical orientation with a track record of delivering measurable revenue, usage, or transaction growth
- Executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders while aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared growth strategy
- Familiarity with digital assets, stablecoins, blockchain ecosystems, or global payments infrastructure
- Experience building marketing programs that span both institutional and consumer audiences
- Experience expanding products into emerging markets with localized go-to-market strategies
- Experience strengthening performance measurement frameworks, attribution models, and marketing analytics
