nTech Workforce is seeking a Lead Healthcare Operations Data Analyst to work with a leading healthcare insurance provider. The role involves analyzing complex datasets to provide insights that drive operational decisions and collaborating with business operations and IT to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data across disparate systems to identify trends, spikes, and decreases in call volumes and written correspondence
- Partner with the Commercial Service VP and Product Managers to advise on operational impacts and necessary IT initiatives
- Utilize SQL to access back-end databases, joining data from claims platforms and CRM tools to create a holistic view of workflows
- Establish 'normal' operational thresholds and proactively alert the business when data indicates an anomaly
- Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights and high-level summaries for executive presentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a lead data analytical role
- Mandatory Healthcare Payer industry experience (understanding claims, appeals, grievances, and benefits)
- Proven experience in Call Center or Service Operations environments, including knowledge of call center statistics and OKRs
- Technical mastery of SQL (must be able to join data from disparate systems)
- Hands-on experience with Facets (Claims/Workflow) and Salesforce
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI platform) for dashboarding and data visualization
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization
- Familiarity with NICE telephony platforms
- Experience using SAS for data integration
- Exposure to Big Data or NoSQL platforms
