Metasys Technologies is seeking a Product Marketing Delivery Manager to focus on consumer lifecycle implementation of new client products and promotions. The role involves managing the development of rating and promotional capabilities for the client portfolio, delivering multiple projects quarterly while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Implement product offers and promotions for the client portfolio, delivering 4–6 projects quarterly
- Define over 200 offer variables for each new offer request using the Final Marketing Checklist form
- Gain requirements alignment and communicate offers/product requirements across Strategy, IT, Engineering, Customer Care/Sales Ops, and Legal
- Break down business needs into technical requirements for IT; ensure alignment with cross-functional team needs
- Write/review features & capabilities from start to finish:
- Collaborate with design teams on concepts
- Partner with engineering/tech teams on solutions
- Coordinate with GTM on go-live activities
- Provide ongoing product surveillance and management to meet financial objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams through requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and launch
- Actively participate and consult in quarterly PI Planning
- Conduct risk analysis and recommend alternative options to influence decisions
- Consult with marketing partners to identify solutions that achieve business goals
- Act as liaison to clients and IT organizations as subject matter expert on business processes
- Collaborate regularly with marketing and sales operations teams to develop service delivery and channel enablement plans
- Serve as foremost expert within product marketing discipline and acknowledged authority within the organization
- Develop, maintain, and distribute project management deliverables:
- Implementation plan
- Project schedule
- Issues & action items log
- Meeting minutes
- Risk assessment and contingencies
- Provide weekly leadership readouts regarding products and plans
- Foster strong relationships with internal/external resources and engage with cross-functional teams to drive success
Requirements:
- 5+ years Project/Product Management experience with business and IT/Tech Dev stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for requirements elicitation and documentation
- Self-driven, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from ideation to completion
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Business analysis expertise
- Experience with client and/or U-verse billing and ordering systems
- Working knowledge of C3, STMS, Enabler, OMS, Online, Salesforce, and front-end ordering systems
- Knowledge of consumer business lines including client and U-verse programming, packages, and products
- Ability to lead projects across IT, Sales Operations, Marketing Strategy, and Offer Execution
