Affinity Solutions is the leading consumer purchase insights company, providing a complete view of U.S. and U.K. consumer spending. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to support demand generation efforts across digital channels, campaigns, and web experiences, focusing on multi-channel campaign execution and website optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, website, and integrated marketing programs
- Assist with paid media campaign execution, monitoring performance and supporting optimization efforts in partnership with internal teams and agencies
- Execute email marketing campaigns and nurture programs, including list segmentation, scheduling, QA, and performance tracking
- Support event promotion efforts through email, paid media, and event landing pages in collaboration with the Events team
- Build and maintain landing pages, campaign pages, and forms to support marketing initiatives
- Support ongoing website updates and optimizations using WordPress and related tools
- Help ensure consistent messaging and user experience across paid, email, and web touchpoints
- Support campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to understand performance across channels and funnel stages
- Assist with monitoring lead flow, engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes to inform future improvements
- Help ensure marketing data and reporting support visibility for sales and marketing stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management
- Experience executing campaigns across email, paid media, and web channels
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics
- Comfort working with performance metrics and campaign data
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and interest in working cross-functionally
- Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Exposure to event promotion or integrated marketing campaigns
