AdReach partners with hospitality organizations to distribute eco-friendly, branded water cartons funded through advertiser-sponsored campaigns. They are seeking a Sales & Account Management Associate to manage active hotel accounts, deliver high-touch partner support, and develop new distribution relationships aligned with current and upcoming advertiser programs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hotel accounts, ensuring a high-quality partner experience throughout onboarding, delivery, and ongoing campaign participation
- Deliver “white-glove” customer service with prompt, professional communication—responding quickly to hotel requests, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong working relationships with property leadership and staff
- Coordinate and confirm deliveries, timelines, and shipment details with internal stakeholders and hotel accounts to ensure smooth execution
- Track account status including payables, delivery confirmations, and participation milestones; proactively follow up to keep accounts on schedule
- Maintain accurate records, call notes, and next steps in company systems (CRM/spreadsheets), ensuring each account remains organized and campaign-ready
- Prospect and solicit new hotel partners based on researched leads, territory needs, and active campaign requirements
- Qualify prospective hotel leads by assessing fit and readiness, including decision-makers, current purchasing patterns, operational/logistics feasibility, timing, and participation requirements
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels to schedule meetings and advance conversations with key decision-makers (GM, Operations, Procurement, Ownership)
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified hotels to support current and future campaign launches; consistently progress opportunities through defined stages from initial contact to participation confirmation
- Support additional distribution and sales initiatives, including internal/self-promotion campaigns and other partner categories as needed
- Provide weekly (and occasionally daily) updates to the Sales Team Director on pipeline activity, account health, operational status, and near-term priorities
Requirements:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach and strong phone presence
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Adaptable and able to learn new sales messaging, processes, and strategies quickly; receptive to coaching and process improvements
- Must have reliable internet access and a U.S.-based phone line
- Independent contractor role, up to 40 hours per week
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, hospitality, telemarketing, account management, or vendor/supplier partnerships preferred
