They are seeking an Account Executive to drive the sales process, build relationships with key decision-makers, and achieve revenue targets while collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Sales Cycle : Drive the full sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting demos, and closing deals
- Build Relationships : Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at colleges and universities
- Hit Revenue Targets : Achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
- Develop the Sales Pipeline : Identify new opportunities and execute outreach strategies, leveraging tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with marketing and product teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation and client onboarding
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, ideally selling to higher education institutions
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the higher education landscape and the ability to understand the needs of colleges and universities
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with the drive to thrive in a startup environment
- Sales Expertise: Skilled in consultative selling and delivering value-driven solutions to clients
