Solomon Page is a rapidly growing global marketing technology company based in NY, looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2B SaaS - Adtech) to own and expand strategic customer relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. The role involves driving product adoption, delivering measurable performance improvements, and ensuring strong retention and expansion across accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a book of business across major digital platforms including DV360, TikTok, YouTube and Meta
- Build trusted relationships with both day-to-day contacts and senior stakeholders
- Translate customer goals into structured success plans and platform strategies
- Establish clear operating rhythms such as kickoffs, weekly check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Standardize workflows, define KPIs and improve execution to drive efficiency and results
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks to ensure consistent delivery
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Client Partners, Creative and Marketing teams to resolve challenges and share customer feedback
- Support strategic conversations around growth, renewals and expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid social and/or Google advertising
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech or AdTech within a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Google
- Comfortable navigating technical conversations and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Skilled at turning complex business objectives into actionable plans
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, organized and solutions-oriented
